Looks like a good concept, unfortunately it logs drives all day while sitting on my desk!

Easy and very efficient on track my miles. I need it ! Great!

But doesnt work if you are driving. Amazing how it stopped working properly as soon as the free trial was over and I paid for it. It would be great if it actually did what they claim.

This is the coolest app Ive ever used for tracking miles. The only problem is that it counts me walking around my house as miles. It needs to have a feature to either not count slow movement or small distances. Overall great app but need to fix the walking issue.

7/4/15 update: This app works again! The newest update fixes the issues listed in my prior review. Plus, somehow the developer has found a way for it to use FAR less of my batterys life than before. I can now leave it running all day without my phone going dead. I had been using another mileage tracking app, but sometimes I would forget to start it, and other times it wouldnt record my trips. After a few days of testing, Auto Miles has tracked every trip I made. It also captured one that the other tracking app missed! I again love this app for its simplicity and great reporting. Thank you for listening and fixing the issues with your great app. 3/17 update: iOS 8.2 seems to be confusing the app. It now takes hours for the app to record a trip. It also will log trips when I am not traveling. It logged a 3 hour 0.1 mile trip the other day while my phone was lying on a table. I loved the app until the iOS 8.2 update. 5 stars when this gets sorted out. Original review: I looked at a number of mileage tracking apps, this is the best one I found. Some dont work at all, some want an expensive annual fee. AutoMiles is fairly priced and it works.

Works great so far. I kept forgetting to log my miles each day. Now all I do is make sure the app is running when I leave. It logs every stop and miles with the time.

This app does the job! Keeps the information and does so conveniently. Ive been using it for four months and have recommended it to family.

Great price, easy to use. Hopefully itll help a bunch at taxes time!

Great app in principle, but Im still having problems. It no longer logs separate entries while Im sitting still, but now it doesnt know when Ive stopped, even when Im at my destination for an hour.

The auto-trip detection works very well. This is a better mileage tracker than I hoped to find and the price is awesome!

Honestly this app would be great if it didnt have to be logged back in EVERY TIME YOU RESTART YOUR PHONE! I want an app that constantly logs without having to remember it. Its gonna end up costing me thousands of dollars in tax write offs. I typically dont remember the app until it tells me I havent logged anything recently. If it can remind me of that, why cant it just stay logged on no matter what?

Takes my mind off of tracking my miles for my business expenses and allows me to focus on my work! Thank you for making such a great app!!

Automatic logging -- a huge help! Terrific app.

Picks up the gps easily. I like the manual entry of trips when I need it. The export feature is quick and easy, too.

This app should, in theory, be fantastic. I really wanted to like it, truly... However, if you are a short distance worker, (uber, etc), its worthless. It takes a good amount of time for the GPS to kick in and track, and doesn’t track your trips accurately. Many times, it will completely miss a trip, which makes the whole automatic logging idea a pain, as you have to check each trip to make sure it logged. I spend more time trying to fix mistakes than if I were to just log it manually... Also, it is a battery hog, so you have to keep it off unless you are using it. Long story short, don’t waste your time unless you are doing long business trips. The only reason I don’t give it a 1 star is it tracked SOME of my trips…. Long story short: uber driver, short distance tracker, WORTHLESS. Long distance driver over 15 miles, its ok, but expect it to drain your battery.

This app was awesome at first. I had logged all of my 2015 trips.... But.... After 7 months of logging, my phone had a glitch that required a factory reset. Why this app has no profile log in or cloud feature, I will never know. It lost all my tracking info. Beware. If you delete the app it will remove all of your logs... Pointless!!!

Great app to have especially if you work driver to collect $$$ but theres a problem they need to fix I lost all of my previous logs due to reinstall the app and I tried to email them nobody responded

The app being quit by Apple iOS. If the developer would hook into background refresh it most likely wouldnt. I have to restart the app a few times a week, sometimes in a day. This used to be a spectacular logger and now its kinda meh.

This app couldnt be easier.

A small one time fee and everything is automatic. Sweet!! Sooooo Easy!!
