Requests: "personal mode / schedule" (ie weekends default miles to personal).

Quick notes: add notes to a range of trips from one screen.

Ability to add optional odometer reading.

Merge trips. Sometimes when you are going to meet a client (for example) it can create 4-6 trips including lunch, etc. When that entire "trip" really just needs one entry with notes / expenses.
